To put it simply, I aspire to create and shape an even better playing environment, on this already unique server. If I were to become a moderator I would have the tools to contribute to our community even more then I do now, help to keep it pure and help it developed and grow in the right direction, both on the group level, and on the individual level.

In a nut shell - don't be disrespectful; speak English only, use comman sense; don't steal or grief; don't kill folks or set traps for them; ask before building near some; don't start any drama; try not to leave floating trees around; and finally, don't use any chesty mods or hacks, only stuff such as OptiFine or Zan's Minimap are allowed.

If a player is reported or caught breaking the rules, and I find myself in a situation in which I must use my moderator authority - on way or another - one must remember that when having to dealing with players, things aren't black and white. As a moderator, one must avoid to look at situation as a "robot", but rather look at each individual situation separately, and examine the bigger picture, while sticking to the rules and trying to solve the issue at hand without unnecessary drama, and strive to make the end result as beneficial as possible to the community as whole.

Yes, 2-3 times, about 3 years ago. I'm aware of the basic premise of moderating and being a moderator, and am willing to learn from other staff members in order to expand and improve that knowledge.

I'm aware that when I'm being annoyed or when someone is being a nuisance around, I might go off from my rather regular calm behavior. When it comes to games, especially with ones where communication with the community is pretty much mandatory - is to create a sort of a "safe-haven", in a nut shell - each and every one of us, in our daily life as to deal with some sort of bullshit pretty much all the time, one way or another. Be at home, work or school, pretty much everywhere, due to that, my agenda when it comes to games, is to disconnect from all of it, and minimize the amount of frustrating things we have to deal with. In the virtual world, we have the power to control who we play with, when and how we play with other people, the power to shape and affect is in our hands, and we should all strive to use it. With that in mind I believe that if I were to become a moderator, I would be able affect the community in a good way in order to create a better, more enjoyable and pleasant playing environment for everyone.
